Business Banking Services: Basic Business Checking

New England Bank's BASIC BUSINESS CHECKING account is for any Sole Proprietor or Business customer that processes a small number of transactions or items per month.

This account features:

  • Access to your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through Internet Banking or toll free Telephone Banking.
  • No minimum balance required after initial $50.00 deposit.
  • Night-drop services available.
  • Lock-drop bags available.
  • Overdraft protection can be linked to a Commercial Line of Credit.
  • Overdraft privilege may be available.
  • Free Internet Banking with Online Check Images.
  • 12 Free Online Bill Pay Transactions per statement cycle. Bill pay transactions over 12 are $0.50 each.
  • The first 500 Transactions/items* processed are no charge.
  • Transaction/items* over 500 are $0.50 each.

*Transactions items include checks paid or deposited; electronic debits/credits; ACH debits/credits; ATM deposits/withdrawals & Point of Sale transactions. Online Bill Pay transactions do not count as transaction items. Additional credit card processor fees may apply and credit card processing surchages at 3%. See processor website for details.
